1. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship to Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom.
Orders shipped to the United States are duty-free, so you won’t be charged import fees at delivery.

2. How long does shipping take?

• Canada: 5–10 business days
• United States: 5–10 business days
• United Kingdom: 7–27 business days

Shipping times may be extended due to courier delays or holidays.

3. Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from Ontario, Canada.

4. Do you accept returns?

Yes — we offer a 14-day return policy.
You can initiate a return directly on our website within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

5. Can I exchange an item?

We currently do not offer exchanges.
Instead, you can return your item (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired item.

6. What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us at customercare@svntn.store with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll help make it right.

7. Do you offer custom orders?

At the moment, we offer curated colorways only.
Custom orders may be available in the future.
